Sean Thompson is a veteran commercial and residential real estate investor with experience across single‑family, mobile home parks, multifamily, office, industrial, and specialty assets. He has completed more than 100 acquisitions, over 50 flips, and manages a portfolio exceeding $85 million. Sean leads multiple syndications, including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loan assumptions, and plays key roles in LIHTC developments such as a 112‑unit project in Knoxville and a 9% credit award for a 72‑unit community near Memphis.
Before expanding into large‑scale real estate, Sean built a successful career in Information Technology, owning companies focused on Cybersecurity, Secure Networking, and Structured Systems. He has led major IT initiatives for government, healthcare, legal, and financial institutions, applying the same operational discipline and analytical rigor that now guide his development, construction oversight, and asset‑management strategies.
Melissa brings 18 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, managing construction buildouts, corporate renovations, and the acquisition and development of smaller multifamily properties. Her portfolio includes multifamily and short-term rentals.
She is the President and Founder of Integrated Pharmacy Solutions, a national pharmacy benefits management organization generating $20 million annually across four states, with expansion planned for 2025. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President at a managed healthcare company that grew to a $40 million valuation during her tenure before being acquired. Her leadership has earned her the Gold Lifetime Business Achievement Award.
Melissa enjoys a full family life with her husband and their blended family of seven children.
Juan P. (JP) Valdes is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Selecta Homes, a real estate investment firm he launched in 2015 following a successful corporate career. Initially focused on luxury home development, Selecta Homes has grown into a diversified portfolio spanning multiple GP and LP positions across the U.S. and Colombia, including multifamily communities, single-family rentals, retail and office assets, RV parks, and a hospitality venture.
Prior to founding Selecta, JP spent over two decades in global executive roles leading Marketing and product strategy for Fortune 500 and FinTech companies, where he managed more than $1.5 billion in revenue.
He holds an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a B.S. in Administration from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá. Based in Aventura, Florida with his wife and son, JP fuels his curiosity through motorcycle cruising, off-road ATV adventures, and international travel.
